Projects focusing on fashion and textile design

Halazoun

Mitra Kamyabfard (Halazoun) studied Textile Design at Tehran University, Elm va Farhang. After some experience in a Batik laboratory , she worked in Iranian cinema as assistant costume designer. Here, she developed the interest in Fashion who pushed her to move to Italy where she is currently attending the course of Fashion Design at Accademia delle Belle Arti. Her works lie on the boundary between Textile and Fashion. Confidence with several techniques and strong experimental approach are the tools to manufacture novel textiles for the fashion world.
